Prices are in Chinese Renminbi and include all official and professional fees.

In China, our fee for Step 2, for "Word mark + Logo" includes 2 different applications: one for Word mark and one for Logo. We recommend this since it provides stronger protection. Nevertheless, it is possible to present only 1 application for word mark and logo together; in which case the fee established for "Word mark or Logo" applies.

Also, please consider that if you request a trademark comprehensive Study in chinese Characters, it has a cost of USD 220 for the first class and USD 170 for each subsequent.

Prices consider a description of up to 10 items. Each item in excess of 10 has a cost of USD 30.

Timeframe for registration are estimated and may considerably vary if objections and/or oppositions are presented, or other events occur during the trademark registration process.

Word Mark or Logo

Word Mark is composed exclusively of words, letters or numbers and their combinations, without any graphical characters or specific colors.

Logo (or figurative mark) is composed exclusively of graphical symbols, drawings or logos.

Word Mark + Logo

Word Mark + Logo is formed by the combination of both verbal (word mark) and figurative (logo) elements, or by verbal elements represented in a stylized form.
